PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Planning, process coordination, execution and tracking of Growing Naturals’ launch of flavored plant proteins. The streamlined project management system using Monday.com Kanban boards and Gantt charts, Trello, Wrike, Excel and Google Sheets, allowed for steady, ongoing communication between departments, process transparency, easy access to project history, monitoring and allowed the company to branch out into new markets with new products and increased sales.
A truly comprehensive international branding project. Starting with company and product naming, logo and styles, to packaging, web, tradeshows, video production, social media and advertising. The all-encompassing Growing Naturals project stretches across print, online and stores worldwide.
Positioning Growing Naturals as a leader in plant proteins means creating a strong brand message and a recognizable look. Using infographics, videos and market-segment-specific landing pages, the project began with educating the market on the importance of proteins, and how plant proteins compare to animal-based proteins. Ultimately sold in national chains such as Whole Foods, Sprouts, H.E.B., Pavilions and in stores from Australia to Germany, language-specific packaging was made to support each market while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
